Delivery
Greenbasket.ch delivers to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We process and ship the order as soon as possible, the delivery time is between 1 – 4 days. If the order requires a longer delivery time than 2 days, the customer will be contacted by email or phone. Shipping is done by our partner company “Planzer” and is considered a priority order. The shipping cost for orders under 59 CHF is 8.90.

Transport damage
If you notice any transport damage when receiving your goods, please write an email to: sales@greenbasket.ch or contact us through our contact form on our website. Transport damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. After this deadline, any claims will not be accepted. Transport damage must be documented with a picture of the damage / spoiled and a timestamp of the picture.
After our customer service has addressed and accepted the concern a voucher will be emailed to you with the total value of the damaged / spoiled merchandise.
Return
If a product does not meet your expectations and you wish to return the goods, please contact us in advance and indicate your wish to return the goods.

Prerequisite for a successful return is that the item is unopened and in its original packaging!
The return costs are always borne by the customer.
After receipt of the returned goods, a voucher with the total value of the goods will be sent to you by e-mail.
Delivery times
After your order has been processed, you will receive two emails. One from the Green Basket team confirming that the package has left the warehouse and the other from the shipping company. The second email will contain a tracking link so you can follow the arrival of the package. If the package does not arrive at the specified time, this must be immediately communicated to the Green Basket team by email (sales@greenbasket.ch). A claim after 24 hours of delay will not be accepted, Green Basket must assume that the package has arrived to the customer.
