This chutney is perfect for topping your homemade chaat. It has the delightful taste of Delhi street side chaat, but you can enjoy it in the comfort of your own home. Simply add a percent of salt & sugar to a bowl of beaten curd, along with some crushed papadis & boiled potato cubes. Drizzle some mint chutney & mother’s recipe Delhi chaat chutney on top. Sprinkle some cumin & red chilli powder, coriander & serve.
