Natco White Pepper is a variety of black pepper with the outer skin of the fruit removed by soaking and part fermentation. It is slightly less hot than black pepper. Our products are manufactured in a site that handles gluten, soya, milk, nuts, peanuts, sesame, mustard, celery and sulphites.

White pepper is made from the ripe fruit of the Piper nigrum plant. The whole berries are soaked in water until the flesh soften and decomposes, leaving only the inner seed. The seed is then dried and ground to form white pepper powder.
